Hi everyone!
I am starting this blog as a part of a CEP 882, a class I am taking this summer at Michigan State University. I am just finishing my second year in the Ed.S. school psychology program at MSU. At the end of the summer, I will be moving back to the NY/PA area to begin my school psychology internship at the Olean City School District. I participate in a school psych training grant, called Project SPARKLE (school psychologists with the accommodation and remediation knowledge to promote literacy everywhere) and am taking this class through that grant.
I am originally from Portville, NY and graduated with a BA in psychology and BS in public relations from Syracuse University in 2007. My fiance and I are just starting to plan for our wedding next summer which is very exciting. I enjoy playing with our chocolate lab, Ruger, reading, singing, dancing, watching tv, rollerblading, and swimming. I am looking forward to getting to know everyone in this summer class. Enjoy the sun!

love the family pic of you, Eric, and Ruger. I miss that dog!
ReplyDeleteok, I feel silly now...I must have just imagined that Ruger was in your picture...now I see that he is not...haha. I miss all 3 of you just the same though =).
ReplyDeleteCooley Gardens are beautiful. Are you planning your wedding there or in NY? I am in the class with you. It's interesting to see so many psychology students in this class. My daughter is an undergrad (junior) with a psychology major. She is planning to work on her masters degree in HRM at MSU. That SPARKLE program sounds pretty cool though. Would love to see some really techie school psychologists out there in the field.
ReplyDeleteLooks like you're going to have to post a picture of Ruger...
ReplyDeleteHi Eimee, My name is Marwa Abouchaer. I am in your class With Miss Okolo. I think you did a great job in creating your site. The picture you put for you and your fiance is very nice. I hope you have a nice wedding and happy marriage.
